Female Student-Athlete of the Week

Jordan Rakes- Softball

We award the Female Student-Athlete of the Week honor to women's softball left fielder Jordan Rakes for helping her squad earn a pair of victories on the week.

In the 11-0 and 13-0 doubleheader victories against NCAA DIII foe Berea College (KY), the native of Ashland (KY) played well.

In the two wins, Rakes batted .600 (3-5), scored 4 runs, drove in 3 RBIs, stole 2 bases, and walked once.

The Lady Eagles are currently sporting a 21-11 record and are riding a blistering 12-game win streak.

Men's Baseball Seniors

We award the Male Student-Athlete of the Week honor to men's baseball senior players   Jacob Ayers, Cole Bishop, Tyler Brammer, Bryan Defoe, Nathan Garcia, Wyatt Hobgood, Kyle Johnson, Isaiah Kelly, Challen Massengill, and Trenton Williams. 

This group helped their club win 3 of 4 contests on senior day against Toccoa Falls Georgia, which runs their record to 20-11.
