Alex Good enters his second season as Alice Lloyd College's assistant esports coach, the tactical mind who reinforces every Eagles roster with classic-arena wisdom and developer-side insight.

Known online as “Agentpapercraft,” Good cut his teeth inside the original Halo ecosystem, where he helped Bungie’s Matchmaking team vet community-made maps—two of his own creations, Eden Minor and Malice, earned permanent slots in the official rotation.

Daily scrimmages against legends like Snipedown and Walshy honed both his aim and his eye for competitive balance. That behind-the-scenes grind revealed how precise level design, rule-sets, and practice frameworks can unlock raw potential—knowledge Good now channels while guiding Alice Lloyd’s Overwatch and Marvel Rivals squads and supporting every FPS lineup on campus.

Leveraging a background in game development and arena-FPS theory, he sharpens fundamentals, prepares Eagles for high-tempo engagements, and cultivates a relentlessly competitive yet welcoming environment where smart mechanics and clear comms always take precedence over flash.

He resides in Emmalena, Kentucky.
