Alex Hall is entering his second year at the helm of Alice Lloyd College’s varsity esports program—the architect of its rapid ascent from student-run club to national contender, punctuated by back-to-back top-four finishes in the ECAC.

Known online as “No_Revelation,” a handle earned first through a string of world-record speedruns and later as a high-level Rocket League competitor, Hall channels the same precision into coaching that he once devoted to his own gaming career.

Guided by the data-centric “Three M’s of Competitive Battle Royale”—Minimize RNG, Maximize Map Control, Manage Resources. Which also aligns with his core mantra: “Raise your skill floor instead of your skill ceiling” to cultivate lineups that perform reliably on both brilliant and off days.

An avid student of evolving game metas and academic research alike, Hall pairs deep statistical prep with a steady, growth-mindset culture that now influences every Eagles roster.

He resides in Pippa Passes, Kentucky.
