Kala Thornsbury begins her second season with the Eagles’ varsity esports program in a support role that blends gamer credibility with campus know-how.

An impressive and seasoned TrackMania time-attacker and Rocket League player, she’s known online by multiple monikers.

Thornsbury also serves as Alice Lloyd College’s Registrar—managing academic records, course scheduling, and degree audits—which positions her as a trusted guide when players juggle scrims and syllabi.

Working alongside head coach Alex Hall, she curates the program’s media presence, crafting content for social platforms, the ECAC, and partner organizations to spotlight Eagle achievements and grow the brand.

Widely appreciated for her upbeat demeanor and willingness to pitch in, Thornsbury is a steady source of encouragement and logistics savvy—qualities that make her an indispensable asset to the team’s culture and day-to-day success.

She resides in Pippa Passes, Kentucky.
