Alice Lloyd Soccer opens 2025 with impressive 4-1 victory

Winston Salem, NC:  On August 21st, the Alice Lloyd College Eagles journeyed to the Tar Heel State to battle the Centurions of Carolina Christian University in the first match of the 2025 regular season. The Bluegrass boys performed well and took the big 4-1 victory.

 ALC came out of the gates ready to play and produced the first score of the contest when Luis Sarabia took a pass from Jensen Harbaugh and drove it into the net (1-0).

Later, Isaac Wallin went solo for another score which made things 2-0. Dylan Moore than drove home the Caney Creek crews third goal off a nifty assist from Jestin Barker (3-0).

Finally, after a Centurion goal made the score 3-1, Moore struck one last time, driving the ball home on a penalty kick. This set the final results at 4-1, and insured the Kentucky boys would have an enjoyable ride back to Pippa Passes.

Statistics were not provided at press time.

 ALC (1-0) returns to action on Friday, August 29th, when they host Toccoa Falls, Georgia. Game time is set for 7:00pm.
