Bio

Ryan Morris enters his second season in 2026 as the head coach of the cross country program at Alice Lloyd College. He previously served as a student assistant for both cross country and track in the 2021-22 season. Along with his coaching responsibilities, Morris currently serves as an assistant to the President and an assistant to the director of foundation and corporate giving in the Office of Institutional Advancement.

Morris is an ALC alum and graduated with a Bachelor’s in both History and Communication Studies, along with a minor in Criminal Justice. During his tenure as a student-athlete, Morris became a three-time NCCAA All-American, a four-time All-Conference, and qualified for two NAIA National Championships, along with completing the 2023 Boston Marathon. He currently holds the school records in the 5K, 8K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon.

Morris recently completed his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and will be a part-time instructor of Criminal Justice at ALC beginning in the fall of 2025. Ryan and his wife Kaitlynn reside in Pippa Passes.
