ALC Lady Eagles Student-Athlete of the Week (February 12th, 2024): Katie Jo Moore

We award the female Student-Athlete of the Week honor to Lady Eagle basketball player Katie Jo Moore who had a career night at West Virginia Tech University.

After a 4 point, 2 rebound, 2 steal and 1 assist game against Shawnee State University, she went berserk in the tough 81-76 loss at WVT.

In that contest, the junior from McDowell (KY) tickled the twine for 37 points. She drilled 14-22 field goals (2-5 3FG) and was a perfect 7-7 from the charity line for her career-high total. In addition, she added 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal to the cause.

The Lady Eagles are currently 10-14 on the season.
