Alice Lloyd Lady Eagles travel to Georgia 

Toccoa Falls, GA: On October 11th, the Alice Lloyd College Lady Eagles soccer squad traveled to Toccoa Falls, Georgia for a match against the Toccoa Falls Screaming Eagles (6-3-2). When the final horn sounded, the hosts would walk away the 8-0 victory.

The game remained scoreless for the opening fifteen minutes until TF scored (1-0). They then added a trio of successes during the next thirty minutes to take a 4-0 advantage into the locker room at intermission.

In the second half, the Lady Eagles gave a good effort, but Tocooa maintained their cushion, adding a pair of scores by the 64th minute (6-0).

The hosts finally added two more successful kicks before the last buzzer sounded and eventually won the contest 8-0.

On the day, the victors won the shots-on-goal battle, 16-0. Pippa Passes goalie Haylie Patrick recorded 8 saves. 

ALC (0-9) returns to action on Tuesday, October 15th, when they host Campbellsville Harrodsburg for a 3:30 pm start time.
