Toccoa Falls, GA: On Friday, October 10th the Alice Lloyd College Lady Eagles (0-7) returned to the field to face the Toccoa Falls Eagles (GA). The Bluegrass ladies put up a battle but eventually fell, 6-0.
The hosts struck first, then managed to gain another pair of scores before intermisssion. After 45 minutes, the score read 3-0.
In the second half ALC battled hard, but TF managed to spread out another trio of goals. When the final horn sounded, the host Eagles had pulled out a 6-0 victory.
For the match, the victors (4-6) fired 26 shots including 17 shots-on-goal compared to the Bluegrass Eagles 0 shots. They also led in corner kicks 9-0.
