Alice Lloyd Volleyball Hosts Ohio Christian University
Pippa Passes, KY: On September 20th, the Alice Lloyd College Lady Eagles volleyball team hosted the Ohio Christian University Lady Trailblazers in the first River States Conference contest of the year. The visitors played well and took the match in 3 games.
In Game 1, the game was close early at 7-5, before OCU rolled off a 14-5 run to take a commanding lead. They would pull away for the 25-14 win.
In Game 2, the pattern would be nearly identical. This time, leading 7-5, the Ohio club would unleash an 18-6 blitz and take the game 25-11.
