Bio

Kaitlynn Morris serves as the Head Women’s Cross Country Coach and Associate Head Men’s Cross Country Coach. As a 2025 graduate of Alice Lloyd College and a four-time national qualifier in cross country, Kaitlynn knows exactly what it takes to succeed at the highest level of this program. 

Beyond the clipboard, Kaitlynn remains an avid runner who is deeply passionate about the sport. She continues to compete at a high level for High Gravity Racing, a competitive racing team based in Tennessee. This "athlete-first" perspective allows her to bring fresh, real-time insights to her runners while leading by example.

Kaitlynn is dedicated to leading Alice Lloyd College to new heights on and off the trails. She currently resides in Pippa Passes, Kentucky, with her husband, Ryan Morris.
