Pippa Passes, KY:  On October 28th, the Alice Lloyd College Eagles hosted the Great Lakes Christian Crusaders (MI) in soccer action. In a match that went down to the wire, the hosts pulled out a thrilling 4-3 win.

The Eagles struck first when Dylan Moore ALC broke through at 9:20 and lined a kick past the goalie to give his club a 1-0 lead. That score would remain unchanged until 22:00 when GLC (4-8-1) answered with a kick to tie the score at 1-1.

Later, at 34:40 Jestin Barker made a nice assist to Moore who pounded in his second goal of the game. The hosts now led 2-1, and would maintain their advantage until intermission.

On the day, the victors fired 22 shots-on-goal compared to GLC's 11. The Eagles also led in corner kicks, 6-4 and committed less fouls, 12-10.
