Alice Lloyd Soccer remains unbeaten, defeat Institute for GOD, 10-0

Pippa Passes, KY:  On September 16th, the Alice Lloyd College Soccer Eagles returned home to battle NCCAA opponent, Institute for God (TN). The hosts would play well and earn a big 10-0 shutout.

The Pippa Passes posse would strike quickly when Dylan Moore went solo at 2:00 to give his club a 1-0 lead. 

From there, Jensen Harbaugh (15:00) and Maddux Camden (29:00) would do likewise and set the score 3-0.

Before intermission, Bryan Amador (37:50), Moore (42:00) and Alex De Wolfe (44:00) would each connect as well. This sent the Caney Creek clubbers into the half with a solid 6-0 advantage.

In the second stanza, Harbaugh (46:00) took up where the first half ended, as his well-placed kick made the score 7-0. Camden (64:00), Issac Wallin (72:00), and Maximus Melchiorre closed out the play with three nice placements to end the game with the 10-0 shutout victory.

In addition, Moore, Harbaugh, and De Wolfe all recorded 2 assists while Aiden Smith, Tyler Brammer, and Luis Sarabia each added 1.

The Eagles were also stellar on the defensive side of the equation as they allowed 0 shots-on-goal to the Volunteer squad. Kalin Schneider handled the golie duties.

 ALC (3-0-2) returns to action on Thursday, August 18th, when they travel to the Mountaineer state to face Appalachia Bible College. Game time is set for 3:30pm.
