Alice Lloyd Volleyball defeats Institute for GOD in Nashville

Nashville, TN: The Eagles would control the match from start to finish against NCCAA opponent, Institute for God (TN), and leave the Volunteer state with a 3-0 victory. 

In game 1, the Kentucky club roared out the gate with a big run and kept the momentum to cruise to the 25-15 lead.

Game 2 saw similar results as an early lead by the Caney Creek crew grew all the way to a 25-14 win.

Game 3, saw the Bluegrass ladies determined to end the festivities, and they dominated from start to finish. The final kill would seal the deal on a nice 25-10 match victory.

For the match, the Lady Eagles recorded 44 kills, 36 assists, 40 digs, and 10 service aces. Individually for the Lady Eagles, the crew was balanced in kills as Taylan Hoskins led the club with 9 while Callie Butler and Christa Amburgey each slammed 8. Additionally, Kyleah Ward and Rose Scotello both contributed 7.

Gracie Gibson led with 15 digs while Peyton Taylor dished off 32 assists. Amburgey and Camryn Thompson smacked 5 and 4 services aces respectively.

With the win, Alice Lloyds record moves to 12-7.
